I have over 30 years of industrial experience in Biomass, Pulp and Paper, Energy Generation, Wood Products, Steel Manufacturing, Converting and Petrochemical.My past daily job tasks in Project Management have included estimating, planning, scheduling, managing budgets, cost control, customer relations as well as the management of both capital and maintenance projects. As a Regional Maintenance Manager for Drax, I assisted in the development and coaching of our site Maintenance Managers. Also assisting in developing training paths for plant maintenance technicians, assisting facilities with critical failures and repairs, establishing Maintenance KPI’s, assisting with contractor management on annual outages, and the development of detailed standard operating procedures for mechanical processes. I also collaborated with sites to streamline lubrication best practices including MLT certifications for lube techs, working closely with operations on RCA’s based on production loss/downtime, and provide SME expertise for mechanical MOC’s. In addition, I collaborated with local community colleges to develop more specific industrial training programs for mechanics and E/I’s. During my time with Georgia Pacific, I served as the Reliability and Maintenance Manager in their corrugated box facility in West Monroe, Louisiana. Presently I am the Division Manager for RAB Mechanical, a division of RAB, Inc. in West Monroe, Louisiana.
