Mange the security program at Longs Peak and Broomfield Hospitals. Responsible for 1,800 weekly scheduled hours. Work with security supervisors on the scheduling of officers and work with recruiting partners to fill open positions to limit overtime. In my previous position as security officer I was responsible for managing and updating policies and procedures, reviewing fellow security officer’s paperwork for accuracy and I also oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual data reports that are reviewed by supervisors and administration. These logs and reports include tracking of security incidents such as violent acts and thefts as well as security response times and daily activity logs.
