Coming in as a Management Trainee, I was promoted to the role of General Manager of the 7.1 million cu ft temperature-controlled distribution center in Lancaster, PA facility in 1993. Responsible for all facets of the start-up and daily operations, under my leadership we built a high performance team that became one of the most successful in the the Atlas Cold Storage/Versacold/Americold warehouse network.
