Has ultimate delivery and quality performance responsibility for a portfolio of six major projects/task orders within the NIH and HHS utilizing the CIOSP2 GWAC. Member of the NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC), Industry Advisory Council (IAC). Serves as the Program Manager for the CIOSP2 Contract Vehicle.

Instrumental in repositioning this small business clinical research and health care IT software company in the creation of federal and commercial business. Added services lines of business and refocused the company within the federal healthcare space to provide IT products and services to the biomedical, clinical, and healthcare sectors. Created new business strategy and capture, marketing, and customer relationship management processess to further penetrate federal healthcare agencies to include the NIH, VA, HHS and the Military Health System (MHS) as well as commercial healthcare organizations to include the Cleveland Clinic, Beaumont Children's Hospital and St Josephs' Hospital. Oversaw the corporations P&L and was responsible for managing administrative, finance, contracts, procurement and HR functions within the company as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and as such was intimately involved in pricing and contract negotiations.
