The Advocates Professional Golf Association was established in 2010 as a non-profit organization with the mission to bring greater diversity to the game of golf. The APGA Tour Board of Directors work to accomplish this by hosting and operating professional golf tournaments, player development programs, mentoring programs and by introducing the game to inner city young people.

Since 1996, Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF) has been dedicated to increasing the representation of Black professionals at senior levels in technology to impact organizational innovation and growth.

Served on the United States Golf Association’s Executive Committee, the 15-member group that serves as the Association’s executive policy-making board. Chaired the associations Equipment Standards Committee, which provide comprehensive rules, specifications and guidelines to assist equipment manufacturers and designers, tournament officials, players and other interested parties in understanding and applying the rules relating to clubs, balls, devices and other equipment for the game of golf. In this capacity he also Co-Chaired the Joint Equipment Standards Committee with his counterpart at The R&A.
