  I manage the city's building and land development review programs; the CDBG program; the city's code enforcement program including land use code, building safety codes, the city's nuisance and municipal code, and the civil infractions process; manage the agendas and meetings of the City's Planning Commission and Committee for Citizen Involvement; assist in preparation of the Department's budget; represent the city on regional planning policy matters with partner governments, MPO and state agencies; advise the planning commission and city council on planning and development initiatives including pending land use and economic development legislation; and represented the city on several state-wide technical advisory committees tasked with policy development and new legislation and rule making.
