Oversee all aspects of assigned commercial projects from commencement to completion. Manage projects in a manner that exceeds our customers’ expectations and ensures that our work adheres to all company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements. I also report to the Vice President of Operations and CEO. Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting.• Oversee pre-con meetings to ensure successful handoff from estimating to field.• Collaborate with prefabrication and design departments• Set clear goals and expectations to foreman.• Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns.• When necessary, estimate change orders for assigned projects.• Manage all jobs closeout procedures.• Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement.• Provide coaching/counseling to foreman.• Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within the industry.

North East operations supervisor for Aly Energy. Over seeing day to day operations through the entire North East area. Which covered Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. Ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with our performance on the rig. Overseeing the daily trends in regards to keep up with customer KPI. Building various excel and data tracking programs to see and detect trends within the KPI standard. Approving all time cards for pay roll and ensuring overtime is kept to minimum to help keep cost vs revenue in check. Working with various third party companies and planning logistics during rig move to ensure equipment is being moved safely and efficiently. Effectively training and leading personnel on all rigs working to keep our culture here at Aly and maintain our core values of; Honesty, Integrity and Hard work.

Consultant for D.W.M. Feb,2014 to July 14. Providing solids control experience and leadership on Patterson 256. Working under Mi Swaco umbrella and training there new hands in “Rhe Use’ and dewatering with Swaco CD500 as well as their CD518. Running either conventional on SOBM or Swacos “Rhe Use” system. Giving the customer whatever they requested.

Susquehanna Services Inc. - Swoyersville, PA I started as a hand in 2010 and made may up through the ranks with performance and initiative. Became the lead supervisor of the north east in 2011 and then Superintendent January 2012 to Feb, 2014 Oversaw the development and launch of our pug mill system on American Energy Partners well sites. Also was the lead supervisor for Susquehanna Services Inc. when it came to the operations of the centrifuges. It was my responsibility to make sure they were set up properly and putting out optimal performance. Recruited, hired and trained 20 new employees for the back yard. Optimized the overall customer experience through keeping constant communications with company men and superintendents. Identified inefficiencies and made recommendations for process improvements.
