Served as Telecommunications Operations Supervisor for the US Army European Theater Signal Command consisting of a Signal brigade and 14 major directorates and special staff sections. Helped to provide daily oversight of unit operations and training with full C4 (Command, Control, Communications and Computers) and Cyber Operations support to EUCOM, AFRICOM, USAREUR, and SHAPE programs while ensuring consistent compliance with all ARCYBER, NETCOM, USAREUR, and USAG-WI order and messages. Managed all aspects of facility maintenance, contract oversight, and staff coordination. Oversaw the processing of personnel actions. Facilitated the unit Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention Program, conducted monthly training sessions, and mentored staff members.

Washington D.C. Metro Area

Worked collaboratively with interagency partners to coordinate Vice Presidential communications strategies. Iraq

Served as the primary communications chief for an 11-Soldier, Military Transition Team and responsible for coaching, training, and mentoring the personnel for a 2500-man Iraqi Army Brigade on all aspects of communications; assisted in the training of small arms and military tactics and procedures. Responsible for all communications equipment, COMSEC, and office automatons. Managed the communications and Electronic Warfare systems on all crew vehicles. Developed training plans and instructional courses and managed team assets and equipment worth in excess of $3.5M. Performed duties as driver or turret gunner during daily mounted combat patrols.

Provided command and control communications support for the Secretary of the Army (SA), Chief of Staff of the Army (CSA), and other senior staff leaders. Tracked the movement of Senior Army leaders and maintained a database of all Army flag officers. Trained new operators, scheduled maintenance; monitored and reported circuit outages, and process emergency action message. Responsible for maintenance of COMSEC and COMSEC equipment.
