Senior Tlo Implementation Coordinator
Rochester, New York Area
Managed profile of approx 30 clients as they converted to Paychex Time and Labor Online time tracking system. Working from a remote location over an estimated 6 week onboarding period, I coordinated the following appointments:- Introduction Call: Overview the setup process, set expectations, and schedule the major milestones of implementation- System Review Appt: Discuss the basic operating rules for the system, based on the client's direct time tracking needs (Rounding Rules, Tardy Tracking, Overtime Rules, Benefit Tracking, etc)- Administrator and Supervisor Training: Schedule the client for web-based live training with our training team, both for their Administrators and Supervisors. If the client or their staff could not meet our schedule, I ran the training myself, via phone and Citrix WebEx Desktop Sharing Application.- Time Clock Setup: If using our Paychex ZK Time Clocks, I worked with my client's IT personal to setup and program their hardware, ensuring it can connect to their network, communicate with Paychex Servers, and properly record and store punch data for the staff.- Go Live Date: After staff and employees are trained on the system, I worked with my clients to determine the best possible date to remove their old system and begin tracking time with TLO. For the first few days live with the application, I schedule several appointments with my clients to review any issues or concerns, so I can proactively fix any problems and train them on nuances of the system, so the client has all of the tools to manage day to day maintenance of the system moving forward.- Payroll Processing: After a full pay period has commenced, I work with the client to review the punch data and totals hours, approve the time for their staff, and export the information to our payroll system. Once the totals have been imported to Paychex Preview Payroll, the client can commence with the payroll process to pay their employees.
