This was at 91Goulburn Street, Sydney. This was the last Sydney building Harry Sielder designed before his passing.* With joint venture partners, developed 80 luxury apartments north of Sydney in 2004. Named Cote D’Azur and sold as luxury holiday properties.* In 2005 purchased Jewel Shopping Centre in Sydney. Expanded the centre and doubled its turnover within 12 months.
