Most recently, I served as the IT Senior Vice President of Enterprise Applications, overseeing mission-critical applications such as SAP and our logistics/distribution systems as well as fostering business growth both organically and through acquisitions. I had have the privilege of guiding three VPs of Applications, orchestrating the entire Tier 1 application portfolio across multiple functional areas.My tenure has been defined by steering transformative projects, including pioneering robotic picking systems, executing HR/Payroll implementation, and spearheading complex regulatory initiatives. One standout instance is my pivotal role in the seamless acquisition and integration of an $800 million company (PHS), harmonizing several warehouses, a factory, and IT staff into Medline proper.Prior to this SVP role, I held key positions such as IT Vice President and Senior Manager/Director of Supply Chain Systems, where I drove successful ERP upgrades, managed substantial project budgets, integrated multiple acquisitions and nurtured teams to navigate evolving industry regulatory/compliance requirements.My Medline career started as an IT Analyst/Manager, where I played a crucial role in the implementation of new systems, adopting emerging technologies such as SAP and WMS.
