(This was my collegiate Co-Op experience.)● Partnered with the finance manager and collaborated with a team of consultants to develop custom reports and update how their various departments used their ERP systems.● Created a troubleshooting exercise that identified how cumbersome the installation process for their end-user product was, resulting in a revision of the instructions.
