System Support Specialist
Current- Knowledge of file sharing and print management concepts to include Office 365 capabilities to transform business operations
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2012+ operating system and hardware support
- Responsible for day-to-day support of nearly 10,000 instances across 6 datacenters and more than 200 countries around the world
- Assist in Level 1 support for Veritas/Microsoft cluster technology
- Participate in on-call rotation 6-8 weeks of the year
