Business Analyst Consultant
Current• Undertake analysis and elicitation activities to capture and communicate business requirements. Preparing and maintaining project documentation, to include (but not limited to) the Business Case, Gap Analysis (As is/To be process), Process Mapping, User Stories, and the Business Requirements Document, Impact analysis of changes, evolving and new requirements.• To consult extensively with business areas to assist in identifying and documenting business needs, solving problems, gathering requirements, and identifying scope, usage, and security requirements.• Eliciting requirements using interviews, workshops, use cases, scenarios, and other techniques, prioritizing requirements based on business value• Working closely with the development team to ensure clear comprehension of requirements, offer clarifications as necessary, and actively engage in the testing and quality assurance process. • Leverage excellent proficiency in collaboration tools (Zoom, TeamViewer, Jira) to communicate frequently with team members and stakeholders, giving status updates on every business development stage. • Creating key performance indicators (KPIs), visualizations using Excel and Power BI, and reports based on comprehensive data analysis across the organization, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategy formulation.• Identifying and thoroughly documenting the project's scope, objectives, and constraints while defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the solution's success.
