Leads UDC legal team in the areas of corporate governance, external reporting, and general corporate (including venture, M&A, and real estate) functions for high-growth public company, with facilities in the U.S., Europe and Asia, in the organic light emitting diode (OLED) technology space. Oversees areas of ethics, compliance and ESG. Has management responsibility for in-house legal professionals and outside counsel. Reports directly to UDC's General Counsel and closely collaborates and partners with the company's senior executives and Board.

• Served as general counsel for multiple Aramark divisions (with annual revenues of between $1B-$2B), with increasing roles and responsibilities during near 15-year career at the company • Managed and developed teams of attorneys and contract specialists in fast-paced commercial contracting environments, primarily focusing on outsourcing arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, business development / strategic alliances, supplier, manufacturer and distributor arrangements, and local, state and federal contracting in competitive bid situations • Led and implemented several 'legal ops' projects for Aramark's global legal department, including creation of an online knowledge management tool to provide for departmental collaboration and information retention, a library of business-friendly commercial contracts to expedite the contract negotiation process, and a departmental mentoring and talent development program

• Associate at top-tier global law firm representing a variety of public and private companies on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities offerings, debt financings, venture capital investments, and commercial transactions • Handled SEC filings and various general corporate matters related to organizational formations, corporate records and governance, compliance issues, and other general corporate matters

• Completed GE's Financial Management Program - a two-year, in-house training program combining MBA-style coursework and rotational, finance-related job assignments supporting manufacturing, sales, internal audit and financial planning and analysis functions• Worked and lived in England for a year serving as GE's finance representative in an appliances-manufacturing joint venture with the General Electric Company plc, a major British-based industrial conglomerate• Selected to lead team as operations project manager to stand up a claims adjudication and fulfillment operation for an extended warranty program on equipment and technology products sold by GE
