A public health specialist with 15 years' experience at senior management level in the NHS with a history of leading transformative change within the NHS both within the areas of pharmaceutical public health (PPH) and medicines management but also more broadly in the development and delivery of cancer screening services, sexual health and tobacco control.My particular strengths and current experience lie in transforming processes and governance arrangements for medicines management at strategic level both nationally and in NHS Highland (NHSH) advisory structures, defining the needs of the population and service planning, improving quality and safety of care, value for money and difficult decision making at both population and individual patient levels.I am also a registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council and a Fellow of the Royal PharmaceuticalSociety.
