Loudoun Hospital and Medical Office Building in Loudoun, Virginia, and Prince George’s County Level 1 Trauma Center in Prince George’s County, Maryland. He’s built many medical office buildings nationwide, both on and off hospital campuses, including the Memphis Women’s Medical Office Building in Germantown, Tennessee Bradley Medical Office Building in Cleveland, Tennessee, and many others. Over the years, Greg shifted his focus to campus-edge and community-based integrated outpatient clinics and express care clinics for the underserved population. He’s programmed and built more than 30 federally qualified health centers of all sizes and configurations around the country, including but not limited to behavioral health services, dental services, imaging, optometry, pediatrics, internal medicine, pharmacy, and physical therapy. Greg is a consultant with 330 Partners, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center services organization on project readiness, real estate development, finance, and construction. He is the Founder and CEO of Page Healthcare Development, a national healthcare development services organization. He’s the Managing Member of Page Building Group, a healthcare construction organization that provides project management services to the healthcare environment. He also serves as a partner in several healthcare-focused development and construction joint ventures around the country. He’s a partner in a Medical Dental Services Organization and a former advisor to the Southern Maryland Community College Business and Construction Management Program.
