I have over 350 hours of coaching experience centered around Health &Wellbeing and Life Coaching. I have the ability to connect deeply with individuals of all walks of life based on my personality and my background of growing up in the streets of the Bronx, NY I spent 23 years in the recording industry rising to the level of a Vice President at Elektra , Island Qwest, Warner Bros and Polygram Records.. I was largely responsible for the success of recording artists such as Simply Red , Eric B and Rakim, Michael Jackson ,Starpoint, Teddy Pendergrass, The Heath Brothers as well as several others. I have had the fortune of teaching myself how to transition careers from the record industry to personal training to coaching while looking to maximize each one. I am adept at teaching others this skill. My strength is to deeply collaborate with my clients to enhance their day-to-day existence by discovering under-appreciated parts of themselves as well as how to lead healthy lives before physical decline takes place .
