-respond to incoming calls, emails and faxes in a timely manner-facilitate fluid business transactions-proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)

As a Sales Associate I have experience in dealing with customers and taking orders. I would travel with the company and set up a booth at conventions. We would show potential buyers around our booth and answer questions about product. Then if they were interested we would ring up an order for them.

As a Graphic Designer my job was to clean and edit pictures, design templates, and create advertisements. Since I was a Jr. Graphic Designer, I mostly cleaned and edited pictures. I had to basically erase all the surrounding background from certain product and make sure to edit any imperfections. In the end there would be a cutout that could be used for catalogs or advertisements. Having this experience, I am familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
