Oversaw a diverse portfolio of custom and faculty led study abroad programs, including offerings for CAPA’s largest partner institution, Managed pre-departure program logistics, coordinating with teams across seven international centers to facilitate unique and innovative programs serving students ranging from incoming freshmen to MBA candidates. Launched overhaul of custom program management practices and curated new training documents to streamline recruitment, advising and custom program management.
