Served as the Bureau’s primary public diplomacy advocate and strategist responsible for normalization efforts. Designed and led public diplomacy initiatives across the region promoting economic, health sector, cultural, and energy ties.

Led the Bureau press team in building support for U.S. foreign policy among domestic and foreign publics. Advised leadership and shaped communications strategies on African affairs policy. Coordinated daily with the Department Spokesperson, the National Security Council, and the interagency on public messaging.

Led all operations and exercised responsibility for all programs and resources at the U.S. Consulate responsible for northern Greece. Advocated the full range of U.S. interests with national and regional authorities, expanding Consulate public outreach and restoring resources to the Consulate.

Developed and coordinated policy across Departments and Agencies to advance U.S. interests in Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and within the OSCE for Presidents Obama and Trump.
