I am a Partner in the Intellectual Property Group at K&L Gates, based in Melbourne, Australia.I have experience in litigious and non-litigious matters involving trade marks, designs, copyright and trade practices law. I have experience in both state and Federal Courts of Australia, as well as prosecuting trade mark applications and oppositions before IP Australia. I also advise clients on a broad range of intellectual property issues, including IP procurement (in Australia, New Zealand and internationally), portfolio management, registrability of trade marks, licensing, anti-counterfeiting, parallel importation, enforcement and customs programs. Legal AdviserHazelwood Mine Fire Inquiry Apr 2014 - Sep 2014Secondment with the Board of Inquiry established to inquiry into and report on the fire at the Hazelwood mine which burned throughout February and March 2014.
