Served as project manager for a long-term digitization project that include the creation of metadata records and policies regarding creation, storage, preservation, organization, description, and access to materials. Ensured the accessibility of digital resources by determining appropriate organization and digital storage structure. Digitally assessed clients' hard drives and other electronic files in to provide short-term and long-term preservation advice and to execute such advice. Designed and managed collections through established metadata schema and controlled vocabularies for cataloging process.
