Performs installation, maintenance, repair, and alteration of locks, key systems, and door hardware for campus buildings and structures. Maintains the highest level of security, access and safety on campus in accordance with building codes and standard security procedures.

The ARCC is the Career Counselor for Army Reserve Soldiers in assigned areas of responsibility. The AGRARCC has primary responsibility for Retention and Transition (RT) programs in assigned units. The ARCC will -a. Achieve all assigned RT missions.b. Establish rapport with unit commander and key unit personnel to include assisting in the preparation of the annual RT training plan.c. Conduct unit RT briefings.d. Support non-participating (NP) prevention and recovery program.e. Achieve Individual Ready Reserve (IRR) Soldiers to Selective Reserve (SELRES) Units reassignment mission objectives.f. Coordinate unit Sponsorship Program for new Soldiers.g. Determine reenlistment/extension/incentive eligibility.h. Prepare reenlistment and extension documents.i. Manage reenlistment/extension program.j. Coordinate reenlistment ceremonies.k. Conduct required career counseling interviews (IAW USAR Poster 6-R). Record ALL requiredcounseling on DA Form 4856.l. Participate in battle assemblies.m. Perform call to active duty and release from active duty procedures.n. Complete written AARs after any visit to a unit and forward to the AL.o. Maintain retention awareness items for supported Army Reserve centers using the Accessions Distribution Center.p. Forward qualified Warrant Officer (WO) referrals to Accessions NCO.q. Support unit in selection and training of Duty appointed Retention NCO (DARNs).r. Conduct unit RT training.s. Attend the Recruiting Partnership Council (RPC) meeting for supported units.t. Maintain access to and a working knowledge of the following systems or reports:(1) ITRS(2) RLAS(3) Unit Commander’s Pay Management Report (UCPMR)(4) Army Knowledge Online (AKO)(5) RDMS/Personnel Network (PERNET)(6) RMSv. Assist with unit inactivations, reorganizations or relocations..

Conduct Recruiting Intelligence gathering to provide marketing data for the planning of recruiting operations. Provide information to subordinate Recruiters historical and current demographic view of their assigned marketing area.Conduct and train Prospecting Technique for interested people who agree to hear your Army story. Document all contacts for future references. Conduct the Army Interview Techniques to determine the person’s goals and passions, devise a career plan, and ask them to join the Army.Processing the applicant to ensure only qualified applicants become Soldiers. Processing matches an applicant’s qualifications and desires with the needs of the Army.Conduct and train new Soldier in Future Soldier Training Program, reinforces the Future Soldier’s commitment, prepares them for basic training (BT), and reduces the personal and family anxiety often associated with joining the Army. The FSTP also supports your recruiting efforts by providing quality referrals and market intelligence.Train subordinate Recruiters to sustain recruiting proficiency. Instruct by the way of Assist /Insist methods to master the art and science of recruiting.
