I have two decades of business development, sales management, and team leadership, with both small and large firms. I have worked with US and international start-ups and mature firms in reaching and exceeding financial goals, business development objectives, and market growth. I received his MBA with a concentration on international management from Portland State University where he was also a part-time professor in the Graduate School of Business. I have worked with and served on numerous boards and committees throughout his career in addition to serving as an executive director and president to an innovative non-profit he co-founded. I was also the founder of New Roots Energy, a consulting company that provided financial and market development services to the renewable energy industry. I have worked with numerous energy companies in developing sales pipelines, developer and distributor networks, training programs and curriculum, national and international business development, and sales and marketing strategies. I enjoy taking on new challenges, and work to be a positive change agent in all aspects of life. I bring that support and challenge along with my drive, humility, and resourcefullness to any team I am leading or a part of. I look forward to working with you!
