Joined the PMO team at MIB to assist in their shift to an agile methodology. Worked with the various agile teams and scrum masters to help write and refine user stories, create epics, and manage backlogs. Lead business analyst on a new insurance fraud prevention reporting initiative, a role where I performed product owner and scrum master responsibilities.Successfully supported the security team by incorporating audit items from all vendor and penetration tests into a Jira Kanban board, then provided training to the security and agile teams on the use of the board.Completed an extensive review into the current CRM to determine if it was being used effectively within the organization, if modifications were needed, or if a new CRM should be explored. This was accomplished by meeting with team members from every part of the company to discover how they were using the CRM, provide them with insight on how it could benefit them more, and elicit feedback on what features they would like to see. These findings were wrapped up in a gap analysis which I presented it to the COO.

Working closely with the Scrum Master I provided leadership and guidance to a highly successful, newly created Scrum team in an organization transitioning from Waterfall to Agile. Within one year our Scrum team has taken on increased responsibility and is now the model example for other Scrum teams being spun-up within our Enterprise Technology Services department. Motivating the team by providing a clear team vision and clean fuel by collaborating with BAs and Business Stakeholders.
