While managing multiple design teams, concurrently delivered to three projects which span multiple computer server segments. Extensive experience in the design, pre-production validation, and manufacturing of integrated circuits. Accountable for an array of both division and site level responsibilities. Managed teams consisting of 30-50 members including project managers and engineers. Employees were concentrated in Fort Collins, but depending on the phase of the project spanned as many as four different geographies.As the chair of the division’s Analog Synergy Workgroup, successfully drove the adoption of a new development model for analog sub-systems – resulting in meeting the expanding scope requirements without needing to upsize (initially projected as an additional 40%.) Developed the analog strategic plan for Intel’s next generation server product line that included a roadmap of the required analog capabilities and associated staffing profiles (supply vs. demand).
