Provide English, Creole and French interpretations in areas ranging from commercial to legal matters • Interpret immigration documentation and translate to clients • Interpretation and completion of medical forms and legal documents

Assess the strengths and weaknesses of sales team and manage sales program accordingly • Monitor accounts across all domestic sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close deals • Meet with international clients to discuss evolving needs and quality of the business relationship • Translate with complete fluency; English, Creole and French when essential to business functions i.e. conferences and consultations

Monitor and assess performance of staff in making improvements and taking corrective actions • Conduct routine and special inspections as required by FAA regulations • Inspect completed work to certify maintenance standards and air crafts for operation • Maintain repair logs, document all preventive and corrective aircraft maintenance • Inspect air-frames for wear or other defects • Measure parts for wear, using APU computer
