Creative Services Manager
CurrentResponsible for the development and implementation of advertising and brand strategies through various advertising media and marketing collateral. Lead creative services team for Northern California's premier award-winning casino entertainment destination. Served as liaison between advertising firms, property management and executives. Preside over TV, radio, and photography shoots while setting guidelines for use in all property and third party collateral. Develop and direct advertising campaigns for property promotions including resort, spa, gaming, concerts and over 20 restaurants and bars. Oversee creative staff, best use of advertising budgets, scheduling, billboard, TV and radio flights while assisting the Vice President of Marketing to deliver best brand practices to maintain one of the top casino brands in the nation. Create, review, approve and revise copy, campaigns, creative and print vendor proofs to maintain consistency to error-free standards. Perform research to find target audiences, outline department goals, measure ad effectiveness, develop concepts, storyboards and set the standards for advertising campaigns. Additionally, manages the company imaging/branding in all marketing materials including logos, collateral, dining menus, web and display ads, print, general property signage and all visual, video and audio communication.
