I value my ability to be a quick study and work relentlessly to learn something new or update something old. Always studying new things and taking the time to rest to absorb new information. I also focus on a healthy diet and alternatives if situation calls for it, physical fitness is a must be it 30 minutes of weightlifting or aerobic workouts.
