Responsible for the daily work, overall performance, training, discipline, and growth of the Aircraft Scheduling Team Manage Aircraft Scheduling functions including allocation of aircraft on applicable routes as per the Commercial Operating Plan and subsequent Commercial requests for aircraft changes, extra flights, etc. Also, liaise with Charters, Schedule/Network Planning, Dispatch, Maintenance Control in case of any aircraft changes/delays/extra flights requirements to ensure that maximum revenue is generated by swapping aircraft and revising maintenance plans Develop one-to-10-year maintenance forecast for Emirates fleet including special programs such as cabin reconfigurations to meet schedule maintenance /company requirements ensuring maximum utilization of check intervals, availability of resources, facilities, and network demand

Responsible for the daily work, overall performance, training, discipline, and growth of the Strategic Planning Team Develop one-to-10-year plans for heavy maintenance, engine overhauls, and internal labor for all work groups for labor recommendations, facility recommendations and asset allocations Management of fleet allocation with Fleet Planning, Network Planning, Charters, Heavy Maintenance Providers, and Maintenance Control to ensure optimal utilization of the fleet Management of the scheduling of all fleet wide campaigns such as Airworthiness Directives, interior redesigns, and reliability improvement campaigns Optimally scheduling the maintenance program to achieve the maximum utilization of the fleet and improve aircraft reliability

Provide oversight to the individuals responsible for developing and implementing analysis systems to provide historical information on aircraft maintenance costs, including overtime verses budget, out-sourced agreement costs, and cost-benefit analysis for maintenance initiatives Development and implementation of operational analysis systems to provide decision-making information on aircraft systems, component reliability, vendor performance, maintenance costs and fleet aircraft performance Provide all management levels with information and reports on all budget variances, vendor performance, warranty recovery, Maintenance and Engineering operational benchmarks and goals, inventory status and use, and status of agreements with service providers and vendors Assist in negotiations of contracts with vendors such as GE, Honeywell, and the mechanic union

Use financial analysis tools to assess vendor performance in turn time, quality, and total life cycle cost Perform cost-benefit analysis of various maintenance processes and proposed initiatives Develop business cases and participated in contract development teams Financial analyst for the mechanic union contract negotiations

Develop and implement procedures and systems to monitor operating expenses, capital expenditures and cash forecasts for all Maintenance and Engineering functional areas Prepared long term budget projections, detailed annual budgets, and quarterly budget adjustments
