Additional roles in the design and development of new Products to supply a wider range of clients.PhD project entitled "The Biodiversity of Phytate Cycling in Soils"This project focuses on the interactions between phytate, an abundant organic phosphate molecule and the diversity of microorganisms harbouring the enzymes phytase which are capable of degrading it.This project focused strongly on Environmental microbiology and Biochemistry.Before this PhD, I obtained a First class Masters degree in Biological and Medicinal Chemistry and have obtained skills in a wide variety of scientific disciplines including Medicinal Chemistry, Inorganic chemistry, Organic Chemistry and Protein chemistry.
