Responsible for Rolling stock maintenance on the Bakerloo Line Fleet

Responsible for the maintenance of the Metropolitan Line rolling stock. This includes the introduction of the new S stock trains, the only fully air conditioned train on the London Underground network. I currently manage 112 staff across 3 shifts. It is my responsibility to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with all the correct regulations, risk assessments, method statements, process instructions. Dealing with trade unions to ensure the depot runs both economically and efficiently.

Rolling stock repairs on Jubilee and Metropolitan line trains.

Managing the visual management centre, introducing lean maintenance. Introduction of new processes. Failure reporting and management, ensuring KPI's are met. Covering the Depot Manager as and when required.

managing a team of 20 staff, responsible for the maintenance and casualty repair of the Metropolitan line rolling stock. Responsible for delivering a full service to meet the AM and PM peaks, ensuring the rolling stock was maintained safely and efficiently.
