I am a motivated student currently working towards degree in Developmental Neuroscience. My extensive background in investigating developmental animal research has made me adept at prepping resources, equipment, and materials for research. I am also a patient Behavior Technician with 1 year of experience implementing behavioral plans and designated interventions for clients suffering from various behavioral conditions. This therapeutic experience is where I learned in-depth knowledge of treatment plans and modification strategies, so I quickly became committed to promoting the development of functional skills and independence in children. With five years of restaurant experience, I am a talented Cook with excellent experience in fast-paced environments. Being a restaurant manager taught me to be a clear communicator with team-oriented focus and advanced skills to effectively work with cashiers and kitchen staff to review and prepare orders. I have found through my experiences that being a skilled relationship-builder with first-rate communication and time management abilities has been my greatest strengths.
