My previous and current job roles have meant that I have developed excellent verbal and listening skills, both face to face and on the telephone, and with various stakeholders. I can deal with challenging scenarios and provide support when needed to others, including operational support to more senior members of staff. I pride myself on being able to build trust and positive relationships (both internally and externally), and to keep moral levels high. I enjoyed the managerial experience gained in my previous post and am keen for an opportunity to build on this experience. In my previous and current roles, I have always shown my flexibility and enthusiasm by offering to work additional hours in order to meet deadlines, targets and to ensure jobs gets done properly. I am willing to go the extra mile. I am now eager to progress and utilise more of the skills I have developed in my career in a new role.

In this time I would have to think on my feet every day to cater for the needs the schools demanded on certain days as well as factoring in weather concerns some schools wouldn’t have appropriate indoor facilities available. With creating my own sessions plans I would be responsible for all sessions held and would have to make informed decisions at the right time and manage my time effectively to make sure that the school continued to run smoothly.
