As the Director of Soccer Development at Livermore Fusion Soccer Club and a Grassroots Coach Educator at U.S. Soccer Federation, I have over 15 years of experience in coaching, athletic training, and athletics. I am passionate about developing soccer talent and education at all levels, from grassroots to elite. I work with a diverse and talented team of coaches, trainers, and educators to design and implement innovative and effective programs, curricula, and events that foster skill development, player safety, and enjoyment of the game. I also partner with various soccer organizations, such as NorCal Premier Soccer, to provide quality coach education and mentoring, and to promote best practices and standards in the soccer community. My core competencies include leadership, communication, collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving. I am motivated by the mission of Livermore Fusion and U.S. Soccer to grow the game and inspire the next generation of soccer players and coaches.
