Report to the Senior Director of Maintenance and oversee maintenance on the American Eagle portion of the companies operation. Work directly with base managers, maintenance control, aircraft routing and maintenance planning to ensure safe, efficient utilization of aircraft and maximize use of aircraft sit time to conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. POC for Gogo post-modification WiFi maintenance issues and coordinating aircraft down time for repair. Based in DFW, our busiest hub, facilitate the flow of information between departments and make sure we use manpower efficiently to reduce MEL rates, and capture the aircraft needed most for RON maintenance at the hub. Recently promoted from base manager of IAH overseeing both line and hangar maintenance on our fleet of 48 EMB-175 aircraft flying under the United Express banner,

Iah-Houston, Tx

Responsible for line and hangar maintenance on the companies fleet of EMB-175 aircraft. Had a staff of four maintenance supervisors, 6 lead mechanics and approximately 60 mechanics. Brought on the entire fleet on 175's and opened the base as a whole and helped facilitate the opening of the largest hangar in the company. Responsible for complete oversight of the Embraer fleet health/performance and the Houston operation and it's mechanics.

Line mechanic performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on ERJ-145 and CRJ 700 aircraft.

South Texas

Roaming mechanic, on call 24/7 to perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the companies Bell 206L4 and Bell 407 helicopters. Responsible for planning scheduled maintenance so as to not effect the operation. Independent, worked alone 99% of the time and performed everything from daily walk around checks to Main rotor hub and engine changes. Traveled 75% of the time and performed maintenance at our bases in Seguin,Laredo, Eagle Pass, Carrizo Springs, Eagle Pass, and McAllen, TX locations.

Performed both line and hangar maintenance on the AH-64D Apache Helicopter. Multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Worked my way up, ahead of my peers from mechanic to maintenance floor supervisor overseeing roughly 60 mechanics and 24 helicopters. I was the middle man between maintenance and production control coordinating and scheduling aircraft maintenance as well as training and overseeing the work of the mechanics and "supervisors/leads" who worked for me .
