Construction Program Manager Oversaw the construction of a $135M phased water system infrastructureprogram for the owner. Responsibilities include leading client and contractor meetings, attending site visits, drafting work change directives, reviewing work change orders, approving invoices, managing updates and scheduling, coordinating office and field construction administration staffing, and budget tracking. Project EngineerEngineer for a wide variety of municipal water resource projects. Several of the routine tasks are outlined below:Performed water distribution storage analyses for municipal clients, including identifying surpluses, deficits, maintenance and operation costs, replacements schedules, capital costs. Conducted site visits, oversee existing conditions drafting, and design a variety of municipal infrastructure projects, including potable water, storm water, and wastewater. Performed master plan analyses, including revenue forecasting, lifecycle analyses of critical infrastructure, cost forecasting future capital projects, and projecting future supply and demand. Drafted and submitted contract documents for local, state and federal permitting and funding.Prepared design calculations for chemical dosing, pump sizing, and water treatment appurtenances. Coordinated workload for junior staff, interns/co-op students, and resident project representatives. Typically 1-3 office staff, 2-3 interns, and 4-6 resident representatives.
