As a convinced production animals veterinary practicioner I have always been engaged in pointing out and defending the important role of the veterinary profession in matters of animal health and welfare, but also in public health, "One Health" and human relations. Always keeping an eye on short and long term evolution of science and society changes, and helping the profession to adapt to those challenges... That's what allowed me to develop a network both nationaly and internationaly in the broad veterinary profession.I try to apply the Round Table moto "Adapt, adopt, improve!"in everything I do. Here're some examples of what I've been up to next to work in practice:- February 2022 - Joined the R&D and Sales Team at Probiotic Group Luxembourg- January 2018 - Executive Board member of UPV (Union Professionelle Vétérinaire) and chairman of CPR (Comité de praticiens ruraux) in this association- UPV Delegate at the Federation of Veterinarians of Europe (FVE) representing Belgium (currently chair of working group "Promotion of the veterinary Profession")- Research on “Reducing nitrogen excretion of lactating cows by optimizing the food ration” at Department of Nutrition, Experimental Farm (CARE, FePEx) at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, ULg (University of Liège) (April 2015-September 2016).- Academic years 2013/2014, 2014/2015, 2015/2016 part-time teaching practical lessons to Veterinary Students at Department of Nutrition, Experimental Farm (CARE, FePEx) at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, ULg (University of Liège) mainly in matters of bovine nutrition and «fresh cow management» (herd health parameters such as feeding, housing, lameness)- January 2015 - Executive Board member of UPV (Union professionelle vétérinaire) and member of CPR (Comité de praticiens ruraux) in this association- Since January 2014 member of Société Belge Francophone de Buiatrie (SBFB)- 2013 (March) speaker Selbst- und Fremdbild des Tierarztes – Interessante und verblüffende Erkenntnisse einer großen Umfrage (AVA 12.
