As Department Chair and Professor of Military Science, developed and implemented a leadership curriculum to prepare Cadets to excel as leaders of character in the U.S. Army. Liaised and briefed University and government stakeholders to include Deans, and the President of the University, ensuring understanding of program procedures and requirements. Performed executive level directed investigations into senior ranking Army Stakeholder. Identified systemic weaknesses and recommended corrective measures to Army senior leadership. Afghanistan

Provided executive leadership, planning, coordination, and synchronization of a 3500 strong, multinational, NATO organization operating in Afghanistan. Coordinated and synchronized combat operations, government capacity building, and provincial development for a 15K square mile province in central Afghanistan. Coordinated with higher headquarters for enabler support and distribution of forces. Executed a multinational operations center controlling all elements and activities to include airspace deconfliction, fire support coordination, battle-space deconfliction, and intelligence and surveillance coordination.

Germany, Middle East, And Afghanistan

Provided executive leadership, logistical and administrative support, and strategic planning and coordination for a 600-person organization operating in Germany and Afghanistan. Coordinated the maintenance and accountability of over 1000 pieces of equipment worth in excess of $250 MIL. Principal advisor and planner to the Commander for preparation and conduct of deployed operations, training, administrative requirements, liaison with higher headquarters, logistical requirements, and exercises.
