- Managed third party laboratories that tested the thermophysical properties of potential molten salt phase change materials used in solar power plant storage
- Installed instrumentation and a data acquisition system in a working solar field to monitored wind loaded forces imposed on solar collector structures and foundations
- Performed optical tests of parabolic mirror facets to characterize the reflective accuracy

- Designed, built and instrumented multiple experimental solar thermosyphon hot water systems for side-by-side performance testing
- Reduced and analyzed the experimental data to determine the solar thermal system performances
