West Side Campaign Against Hunger alleviates hunger by ensuring that all New Yorkers have access with dignity to a choice of healthy food and supportive services.

The Alliance for Hunger Free New York is a statewide collective impact coalition of front line nutritional security organizations working towards a hunger free New York.

A Dedicated Network of Emergency Food Providerscollaborating to bring more resources to communities, so none of our neighbors go hungry. The Roundtable is presently made up of eight of the most innovative emergency food providers in NYC. Collectively these organizations in 2022 alone served over 40 million meals which included almost 15 million pounds of fresh produce at over 600 distribution sites across NYC.

Responsible for day to day operations of organization, development of national programmatic expansion models, and nurturing the external networks of both public and private sector partners necessary to support the continued growth of Wellness in the Schools.

Responsible for overseeing the strategic development of national partners to help meet No Kid Hungry programmatic goals. Develop and manage partners that can have a significant impact in helping No Kid Hungry meet its objectives for increased participation in the federal nutrition programs and Cooking Matters nutrition education efforts, as well as to help raise the profile of childhood hunger as an issue and the solutions offered through No Kid Hungry.

Oversee the strategic expansion of the No Kid Hungry Campaign's food and nutrition education programming through the national scaling of our grocery store tour initiative, Cooking Matters at the Store.

Create innovative national partnerships, creative culinary based tools, and sustainable outreach models across the nation to empower families with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to make healthy and affordable meals.

Create, organize and manage short and long term consulting and training programs for food focused social enterprises, school borough catering staff, and community agencies across London. Focus on helping client to become more profitable, more sustainable, more proficient in cookery, and most importantly more confident to make the changes necessary to help their team and greater community.

Organize training in cookery for Childrens Centre's, homeless shelters, Prisons, NHS and community groups in London Borough of Richmond to help in pursuit of better health for staff and clients. Evaluate present Borough food policies and attempt to incorporate sustainability, food access and food security into community based programs and interventions.

Built and managed Olivia restaurant. Oversaw all aspects of creation of locally focused, community inspired 150 seat restaurant. Managed all food production, monthly menu changes, staff education, food and beverage costing, budgeting, inventory and analysis, farm to table relationships, sourced all ingredients locally(as possible), created linkages with local community agencies to help in poverty reduction. Olivia restaurant was sold to Cornell University in the summer of 2008.

Oversaw expansion of Stella's cafe to include 2 bars, one kitchen and additional 100 person seating capacity. Managed all aspects of food and beverage:procurement, inventory control, staff training, menu development. Also managed staff development, budgets, marketing of catering business, and all day to day operations. Stella's was sold to a privately held corporation in September 2008

Strategic capacity building within grass roots tourism industry, and with local women's groups focused on food production, literacy, and community development.
