Reviewed biomarkers (fusions and oncogenic activating mutations) for patient trial eligibility for TRIDENT-1, as well as several other trials.Worked with external partners to develop clinical trial assays. Identified biomarkers from solid tumor and liquid biopsy (on target/off target) correlated with subject drug response and clinical efficacy of Repotrectinib. Developed integrated biospecimen shipping, tracking and testing systems.
