I work on the Custom Home Solutions team helping clients with their smart home security and automation needs. I design ADT monitored security systems, smart home automation systems and video security camera systems.I also assist small business owners with their business security needs.

Use my professional experience and network of industry experts to work with homeowners, small business owners and custom home builders to plan and design smart home energy systems. We install custom solutions for existing and new construction homes including smart home automation, WiFi networking, security, audio/video and solar energy systems with battery backup power.

I had the privilege of being a Sales Manager, trainer and mentor of some of the highest ranked Sales Representatives companywide and helped manage our team in Concord, CA to 500+ solar project installations in 2022.

It was my privilege to be a partner of one of the largest ADT Authorized Dealers nationwide and work to become the ninth largest dealer nationwide (out of 200+ dealers). Security Pro Group was formed from California Security Pro merging with Home Alert Inc. My role in the company was to manage the sales and marketing teams to create growth in our five office locations and several virtual office markets. It was a true privilege to help sales and marketing representatives have outstanding careers and financially support their families.It was also an honor to be a guest speaker at multiple ADT conventions to help train other ADT Authorized Dealers to market and sell their products/services online.

California Security Pro was one of the largest Authorized ADT Dealers in the nation and had offices in Northern and Southern California. We provided residential and commercial security systems, CCTV, ADT Pulse cameras and home automation. We offered local installation backed by the world's finest security monitoring of ADT Security. California Security Pro became the Security Pro Group. I started as a Sales Representative, was promoted to Sales Manager, then VP of Sales and then I was honored to be our President. It's was an amazing ride and I loved it!!! We doubled our annual business and climbed through the ranks of ADT Authorized Dealers from number 35 to being ranked the number 12 largest ADT Dealer in the United States out of over 300 ADT Authorized Dealers at that time. We built the business from one location in San Ramon, CA to a total of five offices in Northern and Southern California.

Managed our sales and marketing team in the San Francisco Bay Area. Hired, trained and managed Security Consultants and Marketing Representatives for the residential and business security market including access control and video surveillance. Responsibilities included lead generation, in-home security consultations and I worked with our operations department to ensure customer service.Direct Home Security changed their name to One Touch Media. We met with homeowners to help them select home technologies including home automation, home theater, central vacuum and structured wiring. We also helped small businesses with their audio/video, distributed music and camera systems.

I was responsible for the sales, installation and service of security and low voltage products for customers in Northern California. RIMI Security worked with builders in the new construction business and installed smart home technology, home theaters, distributed audio and security systems.

Managed all marketing and sales strategies, including lead generation, trade shows, charitable events, business development, sales plans, key project and account management, customer relationship development, contract negotiations, proposals, effective presentations and complex selling to prospects with multiple departments involved in the buying process. Selected Achievements:• Grew a start up company with zero in annual revenue to $8 million in annual sales in three years.• Gained company recognition in over 10 industry publications, regional industry associations, charitable events and in 2006 company was awarded CEPros TOP 100 with a ranking of number 49 nationwide.• Developed strong, sustainable relationships with vendor partners including Fortune 500 companies General Electric and Sony. Established partnerships with 12 production builders including Lennar and Brookfield who were among the nation’s largest residential home builders.
