Developed custom program management software to manage a 38 country private cloud program for the global airline industry - that was eventually purchased by a cloud technology company.Selected Accomplishments:- Acquired HoneyWell contract and directed the design and development of Honeywell’s global datacenter consolidation and Private Cloud program office and program work-flow- Developed custom project management/program management software based on a hybrid Waterfall/Agile framework to address the short-comings of contemporary project management software to meet the needs of complex, global projects. Used software as differentiator to win private cloud consulting programs and eventually sold software to a Cloud technology company- Established partnership with France-based Global Airline SaaS provider, SITA - Crafted RFP evaluation and analyzed existing SITA and “Top 5 Consulting” contract, seeking to resolve detrimental service gaps in partnership.
