I have worked my way through the ranks at most establishments I can call my previous jobs. Through my hard work and my willingness to put my head down and push through any obstacle or task I am given has been recognized by previous employers. While I was in college I was working for Champs a side company of Foot Locker INC. I was full-time in school and part-time at the store managing my time my time very well completing all the work loads I was presented. After months of working hard as a sales associate my passion and work ethic paid off and I was promoted to “Sales Lead.” After the promotion I had more responsibilities and a few more hours to work along with still going to school. I continued to balance my work and school time accordingly and achieved great success. Around this time is when Covid-19 had struck the United States and put everything and anything at a standstill. School and Champs had shut down due to the pandemic, after some months of doing nothing had gone by I was finally called back to work to fulfill online orders, we didn’t yet have customers back in the stores. After finally reopening to the public I continued my schooling and work however it was different now with school being remote. I felt the best decision for me and my future was to put a pause on my education. Only due to the fact that I wasn’t learning how I would in a classroom, I prefer in person learning it’s how I grasp things the best. While working full-time with Champs the mall itself had started to close stores and inevitably would end up shutting down. I was presented an option to get a promotion to assistant manager at a different store but I would have been too far of a drive to make logical sense for me. At that point I applied for Ciocca Dealerships as a sales specialist. After being hired in I worked in Muncy at our BMW, Honda, Hyundai, and Toyota for roughly a year. Learned multiple sales tactics and bettered my ability to hold confident conversation with a potential customer. I wanted a challenge and something new so I submitted for transfer to our state college location. Transitioned into the new brand stores and new people very easily and have been strengthening my abilities with all the new people and resources I have.
