• European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Air Traffic Control Industry Study: Member of a team that analyzed 14 high-technology enterprises across Russia in search of technology transfer opportunities. Headed written and oral translations. • Proposal Development: Performed technical translations and assisted in drafting proposals for work in both Russia and the USA.• Information Resources Management (IRM) Group: Compiled and analyzed data and jointly wrote several documents concerning information technology and process re-engineering for NASA’s IRM Division (e.g. Business Activities Report, IRM Long-range Plan, and IRM Self-Assessment Guide).
