I am a project manager/supply chain manager specializing in helping engineering teams take new designs to completion. I do this by finding solutions to problems so the design team can concentrate on designing. What's unique about me and my approach is that I’m a jack-of-all trades. I'm willing to help in any way possible, no task is “beneath” me. My title was Project/Program manager but I became an SME in many different areas through my years at Seagate. Operations, purchasing, logistics, legal requirements, technical documentation, calibration, outsourcing, and supplier development/relations. I continually developed new skills as more responsibilities were asked of me. If I didn’t have an answer, I knew how to find it.Manager comments★ "Greg has demonstrated a strong ability to manage outsourcing projects, particularly during the continuation and on−going maintenance. He is very organized, communicates well both in writing as well as through teleconferences."★ “Greg is an invaluable member of the electronics team and all of CATE. Thanks, Greg, for all you do and always doing it with a smile! Without you, things in CATE would be a logistical nightmare.”★ “Greg is looked at as a leader and a person that knows how to get the job done. He brings a high level of experience with him and is knowledgeable regarding multiple systems and teams within Seagate. Greg has come on board within PMO quickly and efficiently and is already leading the US PMO Bus OPS transition. Greg is a key asset to Seagate and I look forward to continuing to work together in FY-21."
