Joined to MAVIR as a leader of the Enterprise Application Development Department in 2018 when the team had newly established. Our main challenges were to introduce a new customer focused attitude inside the organization and made the digital transformation happen. Started and supervised the very successful eMAVIR program that had several milestones (mini projects) to achieve the targets: make a more efficient and paperless daily business. Our responsibility to operate more than thirty applications (SAP, TM1, JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, Portal engines, Workflow, Work and asset management...etc.). We create a long-therm operational concept regarding our systems based on ITIL and make it part of the IT strategy. Plan and execute DRP tests in our multisite environment. Manage supplier contracts and agreements to provide the development projects delivery on time. Our team is the most satisfied crew inside IT organization according to an anonym internal survey. Despite the pandemic six new members joined us and nobody left the team in the last two years. Key responsibilities: lead and support Enterprise Application Development Department, create short and long term planning, responsible of the development related CAPEX and OPEX, define and delegate action items according to the IT strategy, estimate human efforts and measure gaps, regularly report the current status of department activities to the Management, prepare and lead target workshops, provide and analyze goals to the team, tracking and support daily business, vendor management

Make new approach for team activity, sell our solutions and tasks as a service, this way we’ve received a lot of new businesses and projects (from HU and DE). Regular cooperation with the group leader according to daily business. Create, develop and introduce daily test process to support efficient daily business. Set up new ticket management system to make effective the communication between our and other development teams and help reporting to management. Unofficial team leader: prepare and participate interviews with candidates, lead target workshop and define goals to team members based on that.

Participate in test framework development to make the possibility to validate multi sensor based self-drive cars software: Python based evaluator and automated report generator development.

Lead test team on support side, coordinate and prioritize tasks and resources, manage support team related issues, daily/weekly reporting to Management, participate in software improvements as a quality assurance, participate in mini IT projects as a Project Manager, collaborate with Test Lead on creation of Test Strategy and Test Plans, develop Test Management Tool, participate in a test automation project.

Revenue side controlling and support of IT Development and IT Operation departments, collaborate with other controlling sections of the hungarian and foreigner subsidiaries, participation in monthly planning and closing, preparation of plan - actual analysis and explanations, create regular and ad-hoc reports.

Participate in a trainee program as a controller.
