Manage eight software developers and seven business analysts implementing and supporting a corporate wide insurance claims system utilized by 35 companies nationwide. Responsibilities include logic design, software development, logic testing, system implementation and customer expectations management. Team system tools include ASP/VB.NET, Reporting Services, SQL Server, JQuery, AJAX, JavaScript and FileNet.

Leadership over six software developers, two business analysts and one database architect charged with corporate wide deployment of operational applications. Responsibilities include business rules engine architecture, software design, development, testing, deployment, and support for 10+ applications. Managed application development using ASP/VB.NET, Reporting Services, SQL Server, JQuery, AJAX, JavaScript and FileNet.• Led 12 month initiative to create a custom software solution to process credit card transaction disputes utilizing 12 developers, 4 analysts, multiple development tools and a 2.5M budget.• Directed team to engineer and deploy the first Wells Fargo Visa Gift Card to support market demand for entire Wells Fargo customer base. Project utilized HTML, CSS and JavaScript and a 1M budget.• Successfully implemented Credit Card Portfolio transition for approximately 1.5 million card holders utilizing B2B billing and invoicing, ASP/VB.NET, Reporting Services and SQL Server migration.• Serve as technical team lead of SOX audit process and procedures used by Wells Fargo Card Services for IT compliance.• Designed and managed 10 month development of real time retail banking cross sell application for credit cards. Project provided 20% boost in marketing of additional banking projects across 5,400 stores. Project utilized ASP/VB.NET, Reporting Services an SQL Server with a 1M budget.

Performed system analysis, technical design, testing, debugging, implementation, training, research, documentation and production support across multiple development groups and system platforms within Wells Fargo.• Documented requirements use cases, project plan, high level system flows, technical design, code review issues, unit test plan, test results, process modification and weekly status reports.• Performed extensive systems analysis to determine cause/effect of complex business problems. This Included business logic mapping, data tracking and system rules application. My technique has allowed me a high success rate in solving perceived errors prior to escalation.• Often used interpersonal communication skills to explain technical and business concepts to both system user groups and executive management. Presented system functionality to the Vice President of Customer Services, explaining the SDLC, cost/benefit analysis and the projected revenue payoff. For the same project, presented a detailed system work flow and answered questions during implementation for customer service reps.

Built and grew a software development staff from the ground up. Defined roles and responsibilities and determined right size staffing. I Initiated efforts to define software standards, technology direction and development approach. Created software estimation and tracking methodology to price our products and services for appropriate bid price.• Led a team of 10, comprised of business analysts and software engineers. Created and maintained an annual $1 million budget consisting of salaries, software licenses, and asset purchasing.• Investigate and develop business opportunities. Identify and respond to viable RFP`s from both public and private sector. Serve as consulting technology liaison on multiple projects. RFP's include: IT/Telecommunications solutions or staff augmentation, strategic assessments and project management.• My team created new functionality and tools for the company that increased our competitiveness in the marketplace, such as personalized reward cards to allow marketing campaign customers the opportunity to redeem value at in store retailers.
